The Web-version can be accessed worldwide on http://www.poipocket.com to comfortably plan on computers at home / internet café / hotel etc. The mobile app keeps those POIs with you whereever you go. Browse POI-lists on your tablet/ smartphone or hand them over to car navigation systems (TomTom, Sygic, Waze, ...) or mapping apps (like Google Maps, Locu maps, Orux ...).
